A cleaning company built on turning up

SKMa Facilities Ltd started because too many people — at home and at work — were putting up with cleaners who did not turn up, standards that slipped after the first month, and no one to call when something went wrong. We wanted to run a company where the opposite is true.

We are based in Brighton and work across Hove and the surrounding Sussex area. We clean houses and flats for homeowners, tenants and landlords, and we provide cleaning services for offices, apartment blocks, short lets, student accommodation, education settings, shops and other managed properties. Larger commercial enquiries a little further afield can be considered.

Our cleaners are vetted, referenced, uniformed and shown round the property before working on their own. DBS checks can be arranged where required by the client, site or sector. We check the work against what was agreed, and you always have one point of contact who answers the phone.

We also try to do things properly behind the scenes: products chosen for the job, waste separated correctly, fair pay for our cleaners and long relationships rather than short contracts.
