SKMa Facilities Ltd was established because too many businesses were accepting unreliable cleaning contracts: teams that did not arrive, standards that slipped after the first month, and account managers who were impossible to reach. We set out to run a company where the opposite is true.

Based in Brighton and working across East and West Sussex and into London, we provide contracted commercial cleaning and soft facilities management for corporate offices, residential and mixed-use blocks, schools, medical centres, retail units and hospitality venues. Every contract begins with a free site visit and an honest specification — never a generic template.

Our operatives hold enhanced DBS clearance, are uniformed, fully insured and briefed on your site before working unsupervised. Documented quality checks are carried out against the agreed specification, and you receive a named point of contact who answers the phone.
