Quotations
Quotations are issued following a site visit and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices assume the access arrangements, frequency and specification agreed at survey stage.
Service delivery
Services are delivered in accordance with the written specification issued with your contract. Our operatives are insured, DBS checked and work to agreed health and safety procedures, including RAMS where applicable.
Contracts and cancellation
Contract length, notice periods and cancellation terms are set out in your individual service agreement. We do not use rolling lock-in periods without clear written agreement.
Liability
We maintain public liability and employers' liability insurance. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
