Quotations
Quotations are issued following a site visit and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices assume the access arrangements, frequency and specification agreed at survey stage.
Service delivery
Services are delivered in accordance with the written specification issued with your contract. We are fully insured with Public Liability and Employers' Liability Insurance and our operatives work to agreed health and safety procedures, including site-specific risk assessments and method statements where applicable. DBS checks are arranged where a site or sector requires them.
Contracts and cancellation
Contract length, notice periods and cancellation terms are set out in your individual service agreement. We do not use rolling lock-in periods without clear written agreement.
Liability
We are fully insured with Public Liability and Employers' Liability Insurance. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
