We are registered in England & Wales, company number 17387812, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NA (registered office only — our cleaning services are delivered in Brighton, Hove and Sussex).

Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, or that we need in order to quote for and deliver cleaning work:

- Property and site information: property type, number of rooms, access arrangements, cleaning frequency and the requirements you describe.
- Photos and documents you upload: site photos, floor plans, specifications or tender documents attached to an enquiry.
- Basic technical information: limited data needed to keep the website secure and to prevent automated spam submissions.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit where needed, prepare and send a quotation, deliver and manage the cleaning work, invoice you, and keep records for legal, accounting and insurance purposes.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Where we handle your enquiry and quotation, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to a request you have made, or on the steps necessary to enter into a contract with you. Service delivery and quotations
Information about your property or premises is used to price the work accurately, brief the cleaning team and agree a cleaning plan. Photos and documents you upload are stored securely and are only accessible to the people who need them in order to prepare your quotation or deliver the work.
Website and service providers
Our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, and enquiry data, uploaded files and notification emails are handled by the hosting, database and email delivery services that run this website. These providers process the information only on our instructions and under contract. We do not share your information with any other third party unless we are required to do so by law.
Data retention
Enquiry data is kept only as long as necessary for the purpose it was provided. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted once they are no longer needed. Records relating to work we have carried out are kept for as long as required for legal, accounting, tax and insurance obligations, and then deleted.
Data security
Enquiries, attachments and customer records are held in access-controlled systems, transmitted over encrypted connections, and available only to the people who need them to do their job. Uploaded files are stored in a private location and are not publicly accessible.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our processing, or ask for your information to be transferred to you or another provider. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we will respond within one month.
