We start with a free site survey, then set out a written cleaning specification: the areas covered, what happens on each visit, how often, and at what times. That way everyone knows what has been agreed, and standards can be checked rather than assumed.
Cleaning is usually delivered early morning, in the evening or out of hours so your business keeps running as normal. You get one point of contact for changes, cover and day-to-day requests.
